The paper investigates a boundary value problem with an integral boundary condition for a loaded third-order pseudoparabolic equation with singular coefficients. The solution of the problem is sought in a weighted Sobolev space. Using the integral representation of functions in this space, the formulated problem is transformed into an equivalent integral equation. The existence and uniqueness of the solution to both the integral equation and the original problem are established.
