Abstract
The development of orally bioavailable drug candidates is a key aspect of pharmaceutical
research, emphasizing the need for robust physicochemical properties that support efficient
absorption and therapeutic efficacy. This article examines two distinct molecules, C₁₃H₁₁NO and
C₁₅H₁₆N₂O₂, which demonstrate favorable characteristics for oral bioavailability based on various
pharmacokinetic parameters.
By systematically analyzing the pharmacokinetic properties of these compounds, this article
aims to provide insight into their suitability for further pharmacological optimization and therapeutic
application, highlighting the importance of molecular design in advancing drug discovery efforts.
