Absorption and luminescence spectra of nanoheterostructures InSe/GaSe

Abstract
The transmission and luminescence spectra of InSe and GaSe nanoparticles and an In-Se/GaSe nanoheterostructure synthesized by laser ablation in liquid were experimental-ly studied. It was shown that the growth of a wide-bandgap GaSe nanoparticle on a narrow-bandgap InSe nanoparticle results in the formation of a hybrid core/shell nano-heterostructure. An energy diagram of the InSe/GaSe nanoheterostructure is presented.
