Here, a literature review was carried out on the topic of research studies on the synthe-sis and properties of Silicon carbide (SiC)-based nanocomposite materials investigated in the scientific literature were conducted and the obtained results were obtained. Here, various synthesis methods, the effect of temperature, structure, optical thermal con-ductivity, resistance, paramagnetic properties, free Gibbs energy, enthalpy, and entropy values were analyzed by evaluation of the obtained results.
